Our Service Technicians, Installer and Customer Service Advisors receive training at least twice a month! We are always staying up to date as the technology is moving forward and changing. We are dealing with sophisticated and complex pieces of equipment.  Our employees must be trained on new technology. Our technicians must be informed of new technology and have completed up to date training.

We have coupled this training with a quality control process that ensures that all the customers needs have been addressed. This quality control program has been designed to make sure everyone in our company is on the same page and each aspect of service is being performed has been properly setup and checked for functionality. Pre-evaluation report.

Full new system report: upon start up we commission all new systems record all data. All new systems come with our 1 year maintenance service agreement. We do all this so we maybe held accountable. If we did not do this the likelihood of our customer referring us to friends, family and neighbors is drastically reduced.

Follow up phone calls and emails to ensure our customers knows how to operate their new systems, plus training on replacement of air filters.

Dishonest or Unprofessional Technicians coming into your home- Not Tolerated at D and L Mechanical Services.

Safety and security in your home gets more important. Unfortunately, we live in a sometimes unpredictable society and we must use precaution to protect your family. At D and L Mechanical Services, we understand this concern and promise this:

  • All employees under go a full back ground check, we also do random drug testing.
  • Each employee will arrive at your home in a marked D and L Mechanical Service work vehicle.
  • Each employee will be in a D and L uniform.
