Darren founded D and L Mechanical Services with a simple idea: give homeowners honest answers instead of a sales pitch. A Master HVAC technician with decades of hands-on experience, Darren wrote Heating and Cooling Secrets Your Contractor Does Not Want You to Know to help homeowners understand exactly what they’re paying for and why the same philosophy that runs through every job D&L takes on today.
Leisa oversees the financial side of D and L Mechanical, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes so the team can focus on taking care of customers. Her steady hand has helped D and L grow while staying true to its roots as a family-run company.
Brandon represents the next generation of D and L Mechanical: A Journeyman Technician carrying forward the same hands-on standards his father built the business on. Having grown up around the trade, Brandon brings both technical skill and a genuine connection to the community D and L serves.
Neva is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call D and L Mechanical. She helps get your service scheduled quickly and makes sure you know exactly what to expect before a technician ever arrives.
Brianna helps keep D and L Mechanical’s scheduling and customer communication running smoothly, making sure every customer gets a prompt, friendly response from the very first call.
